Easy way to increase your Cable/DSL speed

Thx to Tiger2403 for this. I've just tried it and it really did increase my adsl speed.

(This hack is called DxD Inet Rocket)Here is a simple way to boost your Cable/DSL speed, just copy the text in the "quote" box to Notepad, then save them as *.reg files - Then all you have to do to modify/restore is double-click the *.reg file!!

INCREASE Cable/DSL SPEED:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip\Parameters]
"GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize"=dword:0000ffff

DEFAULT Cable/DSL SPEED:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip\Parameters]
"GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize"=dword:00007fff

Note: Some people confuse "Servic es" and change it to "Services". DON'T do this because it makes the hack not work!!

I tried ..but could not save bcoz of using * which is not alowed to use for saving

* is used to mean save as any name. You could call it ADSL.reg or whatever. What is imp is that the extension is .reg
