Enigma2 Plugin Webmedia.v.2 by pcd

Hi,

Attached is the new version of the plugin Webmedia. In this version - the following items are included :-

NewTube
DailyMotion
MyVideo
SVTPlay
TurkWebTV
MetaCafe
AdultVideo

Please use Config in the first screen to configure cache folder. You can also configure if download should stop at Exit from the plugin.

Downloads will be in folder webmedia inside cache folder. For SVTPlay - the download will be in folder svt inside cachefolder.

Enable/disable of AdultVideo is via Menu button. Save and Exit and start the plugin again.

If not installed- the plugin will ask for gst-plugin-flv. This is also attached.

Hi,

Attached is the new version (v4.2) of the plugin Webmedia.

The plugin is now quite large. It is possible to remove unwanted sites. Please ask for advice.

Important : First time Start plugin -> Menu button -> Configure -> cache folder. First check that the cache folder exists.


Change log v.5.0 :-

Many channel items updated. Some now have video description.

New sites - MDR Mediathek, Bild.de, Kontor.tv. Dailymotion back again.
My Video films improved.

Please remember - the websites change their codes from time to time. So -

Please report if something does not work. I will try to improve it - if possible.

Attached is the new version (v7.0) of the plugin Webmedia.

Updated : RTLNow, VOXNow, Turkweb etc.

The plugin is of different format now (Screenshot 1). All channels are now downloaded as plugins. It makes it easier to add new channels and update existing ones.

Install Method :-

Telnet command : opkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-webmedia

Check that the folder /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/WebMedia is deleted.

Ftp the attached plugin to /tmp and telnet command :

opkg install /tmp/*.ipk

Buttons :-

Yellow - Configure plugin
Blue - Install or update plugins
Red - Remove plugins
Green - Select plugin to start.

Hi,

Attached is the new version (v8.0) of the plugin Webmedia for OE 1.6 images.

Install Method :-

Telnet command : opkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-webmedia

Check that the folder /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/WebMedia is deleted.

Ftp the attached plugin to /tmp and telnet command :

opkg install /tmp/*.ipk

Also please install these two attached files (in rtmp_1.6 zip) :-

librtmp.so.0 -> /usr/lib (chmod 755)
rtmpdump -> /usr/bin (chmod 755)

Buttons :-

Yellow - Configure plugin
Red - Exit plugin
Green - Select to start.

Plugins available (hopefully more will be added after checking) :-

Hello friends,

Attached is the new version WebMedia 8.1 foe OE 1.6 images..

First delete the old folder WebMedia then install the plugin.

Ftp the following two files from the plugin folder and chmod 755 :-

rtmpdump -> /usr/bin
librtmp.so.1 -> /usr/lib

Please test the German channels - specially Myvideo.

I cannot get many German videos because of country restriction.
