DVB Dream V3.7.2 using TBS 6904SE that does not Blind Scan

I have been using DVB Dream (various versions) and using TBS 6982 for 8-10 years with Windows 7 64Bit with no issues but now I decided to go to Windows 10 Pro 64 and purchased a NEW TBS 6904SE and bough a Licensed Copy of DVB Dream V3.7.2 (done the Right thing) I have two bugs and one of then it serous. Now The serious one is IT DOES NOT BLIND SCAN, I tried everything that I know except to overwrite one file. Does anyone on this forum using DVB Dream V 3.7.2 using the new TBS 6904SE.
Can and member on this site guide me.

I use EBS Pro too, Hang there I might have Fix for DVB Dream 3.7.2 but want to know if any one has done what I suspect. See I paid $82 AUS for a Copy of a legal DVB Dream V3.7.2 but there site is STALE and no help, Surly some other had this issue but has not been reported or deleted.

Another BUG on DVB Dream V3.7.2. using TBS 6904SE Down the VERY VERY Bottom where you get the channel name and the Signal and Quality in the middle you get the Signal Strength but NO QUALITY, YES Quality is ZERO or "0"

I found with EBS Pro you cant use BS Scan only BS Scan2 which is faster but you cant get the tables on each channels using BS Scan2. (That TV Screen down the bottom right)

Still a no go. Different story if it was a free or hacked version of Dvb Dream but I paid for it and the issue I have than the writer have CLEARLY SAID If you like it buy it, but the trouble is cannnot test Blind Test until you buy it and when you buy it it DOES NOT WORK. This is deceptive practices punished by a huge fine for a company or even a individual where I live.
Surely some great member on Sat Universe are using DVB Dream 3.7.2 and have my TBS 6904SE has found this issue why Blind Scan does not work. Its not me as Member HBO has the same issue

Did you go to crazycats sight and see if he has a mod version of streamreader for that card. He tests for tbs and one of the main players.

Got it GOING, And thanks for you for your help. I spent 10 hours trying to get it going, my Daughter found the Below like in 10 minutes. Yes Replace the StreamReader Dll file that has to be 2460KB on the below link
On my computer find:::: Local Disk C Drive> dvbdream> devices then overwrite the original StreamReader DLL that is around 1988 KB on the original with the newer one dated 2021 which is 2460KB.
It has one bugs but its ok. (Bug is when you finished with the scan and exits the scan the channel you were watching before stays OFF and have to get out of DVB Dream and re lauch it again.

Considering crazy cat has done this modified StreamReader DLL back in 2021. You would think that the Authors of DVB Dream would have updated the DLL file for the newer DVB Dream on V 3.7.2 for Blind Scan to suit the TBS 6904SE. It not FREE for DVB Dream I cost me more than $50 US (close to $90) where I live.

After testing the last few days I have come to the conclusion that DVB Dream V3.7.2, the first one that I paid for because I needed it to work for my TBS 6904SE is the problem. To test the issue to see who is at fault either DVB Dream or TBS 6904SE card, I use programs like EBS Pro and TransEdit 4.2.4. I hammered both programs and nothing failed. Mainly I used EBS Pro to do a blind scan and once the blind scan was complete I can use the signal analyzer (by double left clicking one of the frequencies to bring up the Signal Analyzer). To get a picture I then double left click on one of the services found and it brings up the AV Player and then I have pictures! I tried everything to confuse EBS Pro but it worked 100% each time. Same as TransEdit 4.2.4, I tried everything to confuse this and grab a few streams. Again, no issues. But when I use DVB Dream 3.7.2 it locks up and it wont start. It will start. It wont start. The program has a mind of its own. Another issue is if I change channel the picture freezes and the audio changes but the video stays on the old channel for at least 1 minute before it changes or it hangs DVB Dream e.g. the loading circle on the cursor. I am very disappointed in this. Now the computer behind me, I have windows 7 64 Bit and I use the TBS 6982 and using DVB Dream 3.7.1 and it works faultlessly. The only reason I changed to the TBS 6904SE is because I cannot get the Windows 10 Driver to work for the TBS 6982 card. So I decided to change this affected computer that has windows 10 now from Windows 7 64 Bit. I would have used DVB Dream 3.7.1 to start with but I was told it does not recognise the TBS 6904 SE card.

I have noticed that 6904SE can't lock (or get any siganl at all) on High SR (I've tested 20000).
Have any of you notice anything similar?

Hi all been away for a while. All I can tell you all DVB Dream does not work for me using Win 10 and the TBS 6904SE. GOT RID OF IT AND IT COST ME MONEY... I Say this with my Heart GET SMART DVB the latest and the last whats on this site. Now I have 9 Spaun Multiswitches in my TV room behing the cabinet and use SmartDVB in the Computer room and Finally I got my hands on a DiSEqC Switch 1.1 with 16 ports and using Smart DVB with DiSeqc 1.1 (in Uncommited mode) I am able to select 9 satellite via the 9 Spaun Multi Switch. UNBELIEVABLE and no crashes at all for a complex system . This photo is a older one as I was wiring up the Multi switches. Now have a total of 9. Showing, Adding RG 11 from the Computer room to the TV room I have Multi Switches going everywhere LOL.LOL.

Using SmartDVB and Crazy Scan and EBS Pro I have no issues with locking and getting pictures with Symbol Rate 44997 ( we have few transponder of this, "EG" 45,000) or up to 49000 with a Modulation of 16 ASPK

The other thing that got me stumped (Confused). Using Smart DVB and DiSEqC 1,1 One Particular Satellite that uses Universal frequencies like 9450 10600 Switch 11700 does not like to be put in position number 6 Yes LNB 6 on the 1.1 DiSEqC Switch because it finds NOTHING but I swapped to another Brand new 16 post 1.1 and it was exactly the Same. So I put the original one back. Now I tried another position on the first DiSEqC number LNB 5 position (Another Sat) and It scanned ok so I grabbed the Original cable that went to position 5 from another satellite that used 9450 10600 Switch 11700 Frequencies and put in into position number 6, yes LNB 6 and it worked OK,,,,, WORK THAT OUT.

Yes Rebooted the Computer, Done ever thing that a average Sat hobbyist guy will do to find the issues and nothing worked
