DVB Dream 3.7.3 question about blindscan

Trying to figure out something.

I recently started using DBV Dream because it still gets updated where SmartDVB is not (and is regularly crashing). Now I see that blindscan is available but when I see correctly I need to use streamreader device for this.

What I would like to know is if you can use this device regularly for watching channels (I regularly use my device as a BDA device) or that it is only useful for scanning purposes. Also: will my current channel list be also available for the streamreader device or do I need to scan the satellites again for the streamreader device?

I recommend EBSpro for blind scanning . to watch channels i suggest AltDVB

Thanks for the reply. So in that case I would need to switch between the two programs? And is AltDVB still supported? Haven't looked for that software for quite some time

I have given up with DVB Dream 3.7.2 and I don't bother looking at 3.7.3 and I bet they have not fixes the Issue it has $$$$$$$$$ so I use EBS Pro and Surprisingly I use the last SMART DVB (2019 Version) using Diseqc 1.1 on 8 Dishes with WIN 10 and never had any issues
