Dvb C channels + keys

Hello,

I planning to by external tv card, which support dvb t/t2 and dvb c channels.
Is it possible to watch cable dvb c channels on DvbViewer and is it possible to watch pay channels with some keys, because this channels are encrypted with Conax?

Yes, if your hardware (USB-tuner or PC-tuner card) supports DVB-C specification, you can watch cable channels on DVB Viewer or any other similar software (AltDVB, DVB Dream etc). That is all you need for free channels, for pay channels you also need to have official smart card and card reader installed into PC or laptop.
