I must obviously do something wrong. With openPLi-Py3-dm920-20240403.tar.gz the same...
Please tell me if I am doing it right.
In the official DreamOS in the flash I go to BA and choose to extract the image from backup.
After that I reboot with that image.
Nothing else to do or what?

You can install BA images from the BA dreamos flash image or another open image.
Try 20240407 image. I made backup in a different way.

Can we update Oscam to latest Emu 801?? Thks
This has already been added to oscam-emu since the end of March.
Or you can overwrite the oscam binary on your box if you have another version.

Or download oscam-emu from image feed:
Last oscam-emu version from feed = oscam-emu version1.30_svn build r11760-801

Okay, extracting the image took more time than before, but when I try to boot from the installed image. the Dreambox goes to Deep standby after the Barry Allen bootmenu...
Switching it on again, the same happens until I choose an old image.
Too bad I can't post any pictures here, so I can show the screenshots.

from what date did you set the image? I had the same thing if I set the image from 2024.04.01. and already from the 3rd and 7th, both images are successfully working in Barry Allen.
Have you not read the above posts in the topic? We discussed this with the author of the image.

I tried the image from post #303, so 20240407.
Before that I tried 20240403 and 20240325.
I read al the posts from #278 on what are you referring to? How to install this image in flash? I guess that's not relevant for installing it in BA.
I downloaded this image from OpenATV, it worked doing the exact same steps.

Why can't I just post them in my message like others do?
Its because i think as a standard the allowing uploads of photos for all members in turned off. It has earned the privilege to allow uploads of photos and files. I believe there are something like 1/2 million members so it has to be controlled.

- Mijn image in flash geheugen dm920 = dreambox-image-deb-dm920-20211029.tar.xz (Rescue Loader #104)
--------------------------------------------------
- My image in flash memory dm920 = dreambox-image-deb-dm920-20211029.tar.xz (Rescue Loader #104)
I just checked this:
I have Rescue Loader #103 although I use the same image in flash, Dreambox OS: 4.3.3r3-2021-10-29
If that should be the problem, how do I update the Rescue loader?

update-rescue -v

Updating dm920 to RL #104 can be done in different ways
This is also an option, give these 3 telnet commands:
Code:
cd /tmp
wget http://dreamboxupdate.com/opendreambox/2.5/unstable/images/dm920/zImage-rescue-3.14-r0-dm920-20201201.bin
flash-rescue zImage-rescue-3.14-r0-dm920-20201201.bin

Done, but now when I want to go to recovery mode I just see Dreambox and a big explanation mark (!) in the LCD....
