DM500s is very old and no longer supported
therefor only clones exist now
so u can find some clone-safe images Here => http://www.sat-universe.com/forumdisplay.php?f=15

you need to be more specific with your question/s and info's on exactly what model your asking about as this is not clear to me .

hi thank you exactly is i'll be using this on 113'e I know its old and I cant find no better than this of course I have to splash more money on a new stb I believe my dm500-s/c/t is a clone due to its silver black trim and a silver white remote control rather than a totally black stb and remote control

i think you also mean Russian C-Band channels at Express-AM3 @ 103° East ?

its unlikely to be a real issue that your box is a cheap clone since Dreambox 500 recievers have ceased support and this box years and years ago since there is much better available , but anyhow there still is plenty of clone-safe images on link i gave above .. but please try again with what your issue is and please be more specific with info that you provide .
