No, 11190 H is for Tennis US Open.
There might be another WWE feed on 11190 H,7200,but I'm not sure.
It will be on another frequency though, WWE Euro feed (4:2:0) for SmackDown. Might appear in the next hour.

Yes usually there is on 7E and backup on 3E or 33E
But this time they are not using a second 4:2:2 feed

Maybe try scan 23.5 because its usually a sat for german feeds
Its not like its needed we already have two feeds on 7e (4:2:2 and 4:2:0
)

Generally speaking I think what we said last week about AEW feed, it's wothing too for WWE ones but in the opposite way
AEW feeds for Collission and PPV were basically a dedicated backup for European users.
So 23°E was a logic decision for a feed from UK ( feed could have been at 1W or 28E too without any problem), with a good European coverture.
While for WWE's is a different thing.
Smackdown/PPV feeds are a backup both for Europe, Middle East and North Africa (above all I would say west Europe and Saudi Arabia);
so referring satellite coudn't be 23°E or 3°W (possible for a feed from Germany, but not catchable outside Europe
), but a satellite with alarger coverture
That's why the choice fell on the usual 7°E that cover easily all Europe and part of Asia, from Atlantic Ocean to Pakistan, not forgetting Noth Africa too.
As explained Stanley_Cassedy once, there are always logical decisions behind each feed, problem for us is we can't often realize what are
the real priority in each broadcasting.
As final comment. It seems we've forgot about Asia.
I couldn't see any feed during the day
so I suppose there has been no direct coverture.I was away several months but I have seen feeds for Raw/smackdown haven't been posted since many time, but only ppv ones.
So I don't know if such feeds are still active. But If they are, it's possible today smackdown episode will be broadcasted on delay this night for Asia.
