unable to get tps with these versions

TPS working fine with 2.43

you have CAS? go to CAM File system and go to EMU - TPS3
delete TPS_DECR.BIN file (or all files in this directory)

if this not help, format module and reprogram again... use keys.bin, config.xml and caids.xml from Diablo files

TPS working fine on my Diablo Stealth2.43. Format using CAS Interface re-install Stealth2.43, update keys, caids as dxdy say's and make sure there is no TPS3 folder (or just the TPS_DECR.BIN file as dxdy say's).

If your still having problems after having another go let us know and one of us will put a full backup of our working Stealth2.43 for you to try.
