Curtis Salgado performs in OPB's studio on June 26, 2012. Curtis Salgado (born February 4, 1954 in Everett, Washington, United States) is an American from Portland, Oregon, singer and songwriter based in the blues, R & B and soul. He plays harmonica and is fronting his own band as lead vocalist.
There can not be the Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival without Curtis Salgado. The veteran bluesman Oregon has been in all the festivals, but one since its inception in 1987.
Curtis Salgado led the opening night of the Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival 2012.
