a small explanation of all the oscam files you need:
oscam.conf = the main configuration file, here you define webif login, outgoing ports for the different protocols etc.
oscam.server = here you put readers/servers (local or external). You can for example add a N line (newcamd) or a C line (cccam).
oscam.user = here you put the users who can use the cards gotten from oscam.server. This can be you locally (the API modus) or external clients.
you use oscam alone as both server and client. mgcamd is therefor not needed. with oscam you can connect to any other kind of protocol whatsover. what else do you need
