coolstream wont boot.need help pls

i just flash my coolstream hd1 plus from /tmp.the image i flash was the original image from another coolstream hd1 plus from a friend.when its rebooted after the flash it stays on ''BOOT KERNEL'' and not going.
Any help pls will be appreciate

This is easiest way to rescue Coolstream... I did this yesterday

You have to use Coolstream Emergency Tool, if
your kernel or filesystem is broken.

To Upgrade your Coolstream receiver please copy kernel.img (kernel) and sysroot.img (filesystem) on USB STICK (must be FAT32 Formated).
Insert USB STICK in Coolstream USB Port (FRONT!!)Then connect serial Cable between PC and Coolstream STB, and start the program on your Windows PC following the Instructions (choose right comport) to update Kernel and/or Filesystem.

Note: If the Update doesnt succeed just change to another USB STICK, maybe this one you have is not supported by our bootloader! Or
just push serial/usb debug button and check output.

how to flash save image

you know how to flash saved image which i have from another coolstream???
i try and put the save.img in /tmp and update it from coolstream menu.but again not boot.it stays in BOOT KERNEL.

...hm... I am quite newbie with Coolstream too, but I have noticed that all images are not working and I don´t know reason...
So, best choice would be try this sysroot.img which is Neutrinos original...

Don´t copy older Images from an HD1 to an Coolstream Neo.

The older images does not support the NEO.

It should be possible if the original-Image is from August/2010 or newer.
