I sw v1.1 keywelt when coolstream is switched off, fan is still working

for SW anox0.2 ago I had a press menu option,
settings-> Misc settings-general here was standby_CPU_speed on / off

fancontrol how to install this version of the firmware? I tried to move up to temp and update the manual but it does not work.

Image is very stable and well constructed , but I miss "newcs restart" under blue panel . It is possible to start / restart Emu ( Mgcamd) , but if one needs to restart newcs , there is only one posibility - through "Menu "
