its exactly what i thought also ....perhaps might be a TV Channel to start soon perhaps .
Ether way always good to see any new BISS Channels showing up somewhere : )

The SID from the program matches the CCW from the file, so it shows unused I and used Bi. You need to check the files for EMU.
Alternatively, you can check the PMT with dvbsnoop

I think on Eutelsat / Hotbird 13.0E - 10950 MHz, Vertical, 27500, FEC 3/4
with ID: TEST1 is an Channel in BISS encrypted.
If anyone know BISS key?

Tagged as Biss Encryption but its Not Encrypted and no broadcast as yet on this Feed .
same story with 1TV Georgia also on Same TP it is also FTA using BISS Encrypted TAG but Video and Audio works .

Can somebody share new keys of 18W ZBC TV in C band?
I cannot record the stream, because don't have dvb card.
