I have a hummy 5400 with rotator. Dish is 90 cm in diameter. I am intending to change the dish. Its diameter is 105cm. Would I benefit something from this extra 15cm?

it depends from where you live and witch satellite are you looking for.
i live in Italy, and in my case changing from 80 to 105cm dish is very useful for the 7W and 12,5W satellite,it's useful for some transponders on 1W, it's not important for 13E and 19E

More ore less all offset dishes have elipse shape ( horisontal diameter X vertical diameter )

h= 88 and v = 78 is known as a 80 cm dish .

On the internet page satlex is there a calculator , where you add info about h+v and your location ect.
