changing from ALIC.bin to ALIC.abs

hello every body

I ask the experts if there is a soft able to change a firmware for echolink family with the extension ali3329C.bin to firmware of YUMATU IQ PLUS with the extension ali3329C.abs ???

i found a soft called extractor wich extract keys and data from any soft with .bin and .abs but i don't know how to use it and if it work really

I experimented to get from a Bin file to an ABS file through this software which also known as SUMMARATOR. First I open BIN files from EL-C Series through this program and then simply wanted to exit by pressing "EXIT" it asked me to save or not Yes or No I pressed Save. In the EL-C diriectry it created an ABS extension file but with same memory as that of the bin file where as the original ABS file was of 2MB. I didnot try it only worked out on computer.
More over you can open ABS file and extract by pressing upload both Data and key these will be saved as bin files. Now open a Bin file and down load these key and data files and press exit. you will be asked for saving or not. If saved an ABS file be extracted.
I am not sure as I did not try it whether it will work or not.
Please have the opinion of some expertize to proceed further.
And this is only for study purpose.

Please try Ali Universal Fixer
It will show you what other receiver is your cloned to.
Hope it will solve your problem.
