CCCAM dm500HD

I use cccam in my box dm 500hd but I have probelem with some bouquets, it takes much time to open the channels but when use my skystar with hadu I don't remark any problem .
I use newenigema2 plz help with this issue

try Dream-Elite Black Hole 1.0 - DM500 HD very fast every thing ok!

I tried this version but stil have the same problem, I have to wait sometimes 20s to get channel,but when I use my skystar it's direct,I'm confus plz some help.
NB: in some bouquets I don't have probelm
only frensch HD channels doesn't open and also no problem with another HD channels
