While I have no problems using a softcam emu in DvBViewer, I cannot get the same channel to open with my OpenBox V8 super. There are 4 fields for information, CAID, provid, idx and Data/key.
I think that CAID is 00e0 by default and that was already entered.
Provid is a mystery. I can't from what I'm reading decide if it's the transponder frequency or the Service id. And some receivers reverse the most and least significant digits of the sevice id. There are 8 places for digits on this one. This may also be called provider identity.
I think that idx is the ID and is always 00 or 01
Finally there is a 16 digit field for the key even though the key is 14 digits, so do I add zeros at the end or just leave blank.
Sure wish I could get this figured out, but it's driving me crazy from lack of information. Hope someone can help..
