The Titanium LNBF's normally have a finned heatsink on them, that one you have does not.
Titanium also have internal grooves to slide in a dielectric plate, again that LNBF in your pictures does not have the grooves.

yes it has the internal grooves for a plate.

So it has, I did not see them at first glance.

The absence of the finned heatsink and the polarity skew scale on the end of the LNB indicate it is not a Titanium LNB
The polarity skew scale on the end of a Titanium LNB has a 0 degrees marker and a 45E/45W scale either side of the 0 degrees. Your respray job is different.

As @boyet05 indicates, it is probably an old Pauxis LNB.

Yes but the polarity skew scale on the end is not the same as the scale used on Titanium LNB's.
Why not google for Titanium and have a look what theirs looks like, it definitely does not look like that LNBF you resprayed.

The skew scale on C-Band LNB's is all but irrelevant for most satellites that can be received from a UK/IRE location.
There are possibly only three or four satellites where the polarity skew scale has any use. To all intents and purposes, the skew scale is obsolete for the rest of the satellites.

As I said earlier, stick it on a dish and get scanning, thats what counts.
