Blue-Ray or HD DVD?

Hallo

I want to buy a player, but I don´t no witch player. Blue-Ray or HD DVD. What is the diffrend of they two? I have one LCD TV Samsung LE-46F 86BD and Humax HDCI 2000 HDTV.

And how is with the prices?

HD-Players the vendors are throwing after you, the disks are dropt in prices, and Toshiba is not developing new player.
