i have this box & had installed patch bin 9.5020, when i start update by usb patch bin 9.5402 ,in updating process about 52%percent light off this box in one sceond light on come in box after this box restart a window come now [ last updating is fail (error=1) please, slect update method 1.USB 2.NETWORK 3.OTA 4.FORMAT APPLICATION AREA 5. BOOT WITHOUT UPDATE } when i try update by usb with patch bin 9.5402 option ok on 1.USB , then box show, there are no patch file in usb storage please check usb storage. this message comes after every restart box. now how to will work so help in this problem

When "Last Fail..." appears, first, choose
"format application area" and do it. Wait until finish.
After this, switch off the receiver.
Take off the usb memory and format in FAT mode in a PC
(It will be about 58-60 MB)
Copy patch.bin in the stick (be sure the name is patch.bin, nothing like 0.9.5020-patch.bin
or so) and be sure Window$ did not hide the file extension
Reinstall frw. It should be run.

How other members said already to you, if you see the message that there is not a patch file, is because there is a patch file.
Really, the file there is, but the name is incorrect, your operating system could not visualize the extension (.bin) and the file is in effect patch.bin.bin.
The operating syste, often hide the extension.

Every Azbox has an "own personality", so check another(s)
usb's. Same usb could work in a box, but don't work in a
different box
