AD Teknik Multiprogrammer 3.5 serial (AKA the Elvis)

I have a AD Teknik multiprogrammer 3.5 serial that I used to use back in the On Digital days (UK DTV failure for those that don't know).

Can this be connected to the my dreambox as a second card reader? I only have a dm500s so no chance of using a USB reader.

No. Only program cards.

you should get a phoenix programmer or exchange dm 500 to a HD reciever eg a VU duo , this box you can get for arround 300 € + shipment

actualy i have dartybox thd .it 's possible to clone my original card to have another paid channel for free.sorry for my English ,
