Image like E2 image rather not. AC-4 is a proprietary codec with royalty rate (15¢ to 1.20$ per device). Not even all modern day tv have it. There are some works on ffmpeg development to implement AC-4, but as far as I know without definite success.
Perhaps someone knows PC application that supports AC-4, VLC doesn't support it.
PS. you can get AC-4 sample here where they actual using multiple audio tracks inside one AC-4 stream.
