6900hd problem

Hi all,

I wanted to update my 6900 to version 643 today but had forgotten that I loaded the 647p patch a few days ago.
I went ahead with the update and got the message "update successfull", the receiver shut down and never came back to life.
It is now frozen with "technomate" on the front...
Any ideas on how to get it to work again?

Hi there,

Yes I managed to get it to work again, you have to do the update using the null modem cable technique. you need a computer and connect it to your technomate. Go to the technomate website, everything you need is there. If you're still in trouble, let me know. hope this helps!
