4k Uhd Satellite channels

12705V 1 West - not on DMOne

Hi to all,
Is there anything special about the 4k channels on 12705V 1 West - I can receive fine on a zgemma h7s but no matter what I try can't get with a dreambox one? They tune in but don't display picture, NASA has distorted sound.
