I have one problem that when I want to send a new favourite bouquets to the box by dream set it does not accept and the box stops working and I have to switch the box off and on again is there ant option I should set in the box before I send the favourites? Thanks

how can I extract the file?? I did by WinRAR and winzip and same thing I can not find nfi. file
