    12130 V 30000 on 26 East

This frequency changed to DVB-S2 at Badr 8 and now is much weaker than when it was in DVB-S. From Madrid I was able to receive this frequency before, and now with a 80cm I have no signal on this transponder.

    Kabelio on 13E

Probably it will works, it’s really simple to use an activate. I installed on a LG TV (with satellite receiver and cam port), and its working perfect. Just tune the kabelio frequencies and also the frequency for the French channels (11681) because these are not under the kabelio frequencies.

    27 west satback

I created a subscription user for a friend living in Marbella (with no satelite access to Telstar) with a kabelio cam, and it’s quite easy. Just indicate a valid Swiss address and works. Payment was done by PayPal. And when the suscription expires it’s only question to buy a new code and renew...

    27 west satback

From south Spain and satellite, the only option available it’s a Kabelio (Swiss) subscription. This include the main English channels in this pack, with no reception problems as they use Eutelsat 13°E. Other Spain areas (center or east) have an option to receive the Uk beam at 28.2°e with a big...

    27 west satback

Lucky one if you can continue receiving these channels on Telstar. Here from Madrid is going to be difficult to get signal from the Telstar beam.

BBC Satback Package has Launched on Telstar 12 Vantage @ 15°west

On Thursday April 4th 2024 was switched off the “Sat-back” frequency on Intelsat 901 27.5°W (11495V). Now these channels are only available from Telstar 15°W. Lucky one who would be able to continue receiving these channels on this satellite.

    Vivacom Hot Bird@ 13° E

Probably not so weird, this is something new on Eutelsat 13G and is not published yet, and many other new satellites added this restricted beams. Only the first days of transmissions Eutelsat used the wide Europe beam with Vivacom, but as soon as their frequencies were moved to the “super beam”...

    Vivacom Hot Bird@ 13° E

It’s seem to be something like this. A tightly focused beam on that area for the Vivacom Hotbird frequencies. Reviewing the signal level that other users report, signal drops dramatically when it’s received a little bit far from the focused area. Vivacom signals on 45°E and 39°E are on a wide...

    Vivacom Hot Bird@ 13° E

Apparently this new beam is not available from the west side of Europe. On March 1st I was able to tune all Vivacom frequencies from Malaga (South Spain) with a 80cm dish, but a few days later all these signals from stopped. And now checking with a 80cm from Madrid also no signal on these...

    Badr-8 has started @ 26°E

From Madrid with a 80cm dish no signal on Dubai Channels after switching to DVB-S2. Before, the signal of this TP was a no so strength but enough to watch without problems, but now in DVB-s2 no signal.
