hi, i have a jepssen jst-2 and when i turn it on, the only thing it's written (on his display) is F410 and freezes there, nothing on screen. What can i do? thank you

today, 05.12.2009 21.07 , digi tv key dont't work anymore, the soft key generated by JepssenMaker2.9 does not work, anyone can help please with this?
