On android side , when do a software update , the channels list and favorites are deleted. Is there any way to backup and restore the channels and Favorites lists ?

Is there a easy way to create favorites on Android side ?I mean using an application ( like SettingsMaker and DreamboxEdit for Enigma 2 ). Seems to hard with remote control. I have 4 satellites 13E , 16E , 19.2E , 28.2E

ok , but i'm not clear what may be wrong just doing stand by. Maybe the software should distinct between keeping the box on in the same channel for hours ( !!! even this is not wrong for me and can happens within a fair use !!!! ) and stand by for hours.

the strange is that it seems that this is happening only time. No one else is complaining.

I've read on some other forum, that max 3 times of that message and be banned. So even i like to try 1.13 , i'm in risk because i've received 2 times that message. So last try : Set to FTA channel ( just for max caution ) and after Power Off. After 9 hours i start the box , and NO MESSAGE.. But...

Just to let you know , I set to a FTA channel and after i do StandBy. Today when i turn on , the 8 hours message appear again So Turn Off seems to be the last thing to try. Very frustrating because i don't understand what bad thing can do a receiver when it's at stand by !!!!! ?????

i don't mean that , i can press volume button , info bar to watch epg etc. But that message appear even the box was on standby. So i think it has nothing to do with pressing buttons on remote , but staying at the same channel for more that 8 hours as the message is saying. So maybe there are...

Anyway this behavior looks strange . What if i really want to watch for 9-10 hours the same channel ? I'll be in risk to be blocked !!!!!????

Thank you ! Maybe I try first to leave the box on a FTA channel before go to standby. If this message happen again i try Deep standby.

Thank you ! I understand you , but what i don't understand is why the calculation of time for one channel continues when the box is on standby ?

So i watched the channel for 2 hours , after i press menu button and go to android interface. After i go to standby. After 10 hours of standby , i turn on the receiver ,and when i go to channel i get this message. So i haven't watched the channel for 8 hours or more !!!!!!!!!. I read somewhere...

ok , but i'm just watching , not re-streaming. Is there any action that i can do when i switch to Stand by ? Because i haven't watching that channel gor 8 hours , but it was the last channel selected when i go to stand by , and after when i turn on i get that message.

Today when i power on the receiver . i get a message " You have watched this channel fpr more than 8 hours............" For what is this warning ? What should i do to not receive anymore ?

Where can i find the serial number of my receiver ? I've explored all the settings on Android side but i've not found it.

sorry , Qviart Dual on specifications , says : 2GB RAM , 16 GB Storage 4GB is the storage size reported by Android on my receiver. And i want to know why is only 4GB , and not 16 GB ( or at least 8 GB because maybe 8Gb is taken by Enigma 2 side )

When i check the Storage on settings , it tell 4gb !!!??? But it says it has 16GB storage , let say 8gb for Enigma 2 and 8 Gb for Android ? why it tells 4GB ? Maybe i purchased a non genuine qviart dual ???!!!
