Are u sure? I guess Polsat uses only 7E. TVP uses 33E. More, Polsat has 2 slots on 7E as I have never seen more feeds at the same time and today are 3 UCL matches in Poland, that may be the reason.

It was rewind replay feed most likely for studio analysis, no live match there. 9.5dB on my location mid-west Poland.

EXRN radio channels are working so it's no sat related issue :/
