I meant the mini PCIe to full PCI - like in mining rigs.

Yes, I have some of the mini PCIe cables.
As far as I know they run at x1 speed and when I tested an RTX 3080 Ti card using one of them it performed very slow.

The number of PCIe lanes used by the GPU for CudaBISS is important, to get the fatest speed with CudaBISS the GPU needs to be given 16 PCIe lanes.
If there are two GPU in a PC and one runs with 16 PCIe lanes with the other having 8 PCIe lanes, the GPU with 8 PCIe lanes runs slower for the key search.

Quite a few download though, more than I expected.

Can you see how many downloads and different users have downloaded your CudaBISS versions from mediafire?

From what I can see, there have been only two of us sharing test results with the forum since you started to upload the RTX versions?
If there are a lot of downloads it suggests people are not wishing to enter into the spirit of sharing test results?

I've been asked to let you know the Lak7 was banned for posting rubbish to get to PM status.
Until Feb 11.
If anyone has any pull, he would appreciate it.

Well considering all the value Lak7 had provided and the revival of this thread with some excellent info. I would the mods here reconsider so he can return.

With a small change to a few configuration settings I got the RTX 4090 card to run with a speed of 16289 million keys per second.
There might be a small amount more speed to come from the RTX 4090 GPU but I think it might be negligible and that the card is probably close to its maximum performance in the current PC?

Yes. Over 50 downloads for the windows versions. About 10 on the Linux.
I agree about the sharing of results.

Welcome back, thank you for the new version.
Do you expect there to be any speed difference between the scrolling and non scrolling verions?

What differences are there in the new versions v.12_3_VS22 and the previous version of v.12_3_64 in terms of how the new version utilises the 3xxx and above series of GPU's?

Compiled using Vis Studio 22 - latest version.
I did not include the ability for pre RTX3xxx cards to run - saves on file size, and setup & tweaks would probably not run on those anyway.
I increased the number of threads, and limited the number of registers used. Nothing really crazy, just trying to squeeze a little more out of the cards.
