Which receiver do you use to stream 4:2:2 to PC?

I'm in middle of buying a new satellite receiver. And I want to be sure that my new receiver will be capable of streaming 4:2:2 with high bitrate. Which receiver do you use for streaming 4:2:2 to PC?
