Don't think you'll be able to see much from here. It could also be from the antenna instead of the dish.

There's an issue as both the previous owner and the neighbours don't seem to know as they are all using iptv's. I wonde rif the dish is even active.. 😅 Getting on this roof is incredibly difficult, any other way to figure out?

I've recently moved and the new apartment has a coax coming from the roof. I believe there's a 1.2m dish on there with shared LNB. What's are the ways to check if there's signal coming trough the coax? I assume I can do blind scans, however I'm not sure if I have to power the LNB. Thanks!
