I've being watching Dish TV on NSS6 (95E). It is not possible to lock transponders where symbol rate is 40700. Sometimes suddenly it locks and able to tune all channels but when I'm trying to watch newly scanned channels it won't lock. Appreciate if someone can help me. Thanks
