Probably because it works through a different subscription ( an addon package to SKY ) so it must have a different CAID or something.

I try them all the time, and in fact they are actually satelitte channels. It must be something to do with your TV, or the OSD settings in your receiver, or the HDMI cable you use (it needs to be HDMI 2.1 for good 4K quality).

I don't understand your problem, doesn't make any sense. How come your satelitte server turns into an IPTV? Does it say that your ApolloProIM145 Expired in the Server settings or is it still active? If so, make sure to turn off DVB to IPTV in the Settings.
