Yes you are right. I just think in Turksat 2A / Turksat 3A (42.0 ° E) 11881.00 V 27500 5/6 and does not have BISS encryption!!

Sakartvelo TV is Georgian TV Channel. This Channel is On Turksat 2A/3A 42 East in Black Sea Sat package... Encryption Sistem: Trophyacces2.0...
Also Sakatvelo TV Is On Astra 1G 31.5E in Magti Package on Bulcrypt...
And Sakartvelo TV is On Astra 4A 4.8E, In Biss... 12700 H 5632 / DVB-S2/8PSK, MPEG-4...
I dont know key... Please search biss key...
