If you are looking for multiswitch you should google for it since links to commercial sites are not allowed here. I am sure plenty of online shops will ship to Pakistan. As for prices they range from around 40$ to over 300$ depending on quality and a number of inputs/outputs it has.

Can I use satellite dish as my house antenna to receive digital signal? I subscribed satellite dish program before, then cancelled. Now, I bought converter box for my TV, but my antenna can't receive all channels. Can I use satellite dish as my house antenna to receive digital signal?

yes just remember freesat goes all over europe but only to its own countries i.e bbc uk/france france5/4/ and so on but only 45cm if bought with sky so if want more need bigger dish for europe and for past 1w you need 1m
